Medjugorje é um dos maiores locais de oração na Europa, disse o Arcebispo Cardeal Vinko Puljic em uma entrevista para a Agência Católica Polonesa (KAI).
Em uma entrevista, ele enfatizou que as revelações privadas não são um elemento essencial da fé, mas que Jesus Cristo é e que Sua Mãe sempre leva a Ele.
“Este é o centro da fé e revelação privada só pode ajudar os crentes em seu caminho”, disse o Cardeal Puljic.
Além disso, ele acrescentou que um grande número de crentes vêm a Medjugorje e é por isso que este lugar representa um local de oração de uma certa maneira.
Arcebispo manifestou a sua satisfação de que há muito interesse na oração e confissão em Medjugorje, e acredita que isso pode ajudar a nova evangelização e fortalecer a fé.
“Na Bósnia e Herzegovina é necessário restaurar a esperança e a fé que fizeram a população local sobreviver por tantos séculos, e os fará superar as dificuldades atuais também”, disse Cardeal Puljic, relata a rádio católica croata.
Quanto à chegada do enviado especial do Papa a Medjugorje, o cardeal Puljic expressou a disponibilidade de todos os bispos para estar à disposição de Mons. Henrik Hoser em ajudá-lo na realização das tarefas.

“In BiH it is necessary to restore hope and faith that make the local people survived so many centuries, and will make them to overcome the current difficulties as well,” said Cardinal Puljic, reports Croatian Catholic Radio.
As for the arrival of the Pope’s special envoy to Medjugorje, Cardinal Puljic expressed the readiness of all the bishops to be available to Msgr. Henrik Hoser in assisting him in accomplishing the tasks.
